My name is Tara. I am a Westie and my registered name is Kathy's Tempestuous Tara Lyn (AKC# RM060435/03). I was born on September 8, 1992. My mother is Jerren's Porsche Tarin (AKC# RB308856), and my father is CH Lass's Angus of Brigadoon (AKC# RB145461).

It is with deep sorrow that I have to change this page to a memorial page. Tara left us on July 15, 2009. Heaven gained a wonderful angel that day, and we lost a wonderful friend. Tara was the perfect dog - and she lived a long and happy life. The sting is still fresh, and I'll post updates eventually. But for now, I choose to leave it as is in celebration of Tara.

Chelsea was a Yorkshire Terrier and her registered name was Kathy's Little Chelsea Girl (AKC# TC254316). She was born on March 11, 1984. Her dam was Brandi Lindy Lee (AKC# TC138860), and her sire was Lee Shorty (AKC# TC227595). I got Chelsea before I really knew much about researching and finding a quality animal, but Chelsea was quality in my eyes.

Goodbye, dear Hayley. You lived your life kicking ass and taking names and I wish you could have been with me forever. It's you that changed the direction of my life, and your existence brought me nothing but joy. As I let you go, I know that I will miss you more than words can say. Nobody should have to lose two dogs in the span of a year, but at least now I can imagine you, Tara and Chelsea being together again. My heart is empty knowing I will never see you again. You gave me 16 fabulous years, and letting you go gently is the least I could do to repay you. Your star burned white-hot in life, and it will continue to burn in my heart. I love you.
